Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and InsightWonder ("InsightWonder", "we", "us") governing your use of our GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

InsightWonder helps you build a brand knowledge base, analyze your visibility across AI answer engines, create content, and distribute it. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not scrape, resell or misuse the Service beyond your plan's limits.
• Do not generate or distribute content that is deceptive, defamatory or otherwise prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (e.g. Starter, Growth, Agency) are billed on a recurring basis and include usage quotas. Media placement is pay-per-use via your wallet and is separate from subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process and use it solely to provide and improve the Service, including processing by third-party AI providers as needed to perform your requested tasks.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to produce analysis and content suggestions. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by InsightWonder and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our IP except the limited right to use the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. AI providers, publishing channels). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific visibility, ranking or business result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightWonder will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, please contact our support team. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
