How are "tracked questions" counted?
AI-generated and manually added questions are counted together, billed by real cost (tracking and checks), regardless of source.
Why is media placement on a separate wallet?
Media placement is a real external cost per channel and per release, so it's separate from subscription — a prepaid wallet deducted per use, transparent and controllable.
Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect next cycle.
